All laced up

So I bought a beautiful pair of KG heels in the January sales, they are lovely but had horrible laces, so I decided to replace them with ribbon instead. What do you think?

Luella Bartley and Stephen Jones have both been named in the new years honours list for services to fashion. Stephen Jones received an OBE, whist Luella Bartley received an MBE. Cath Kidston also received an MBE.

Just over the fence

For my recent uni project, I was looking into fencing, after finding a vintage fencing helmet at Portobello road. I needed some first hand research and after spending hours searching for fencing images at LCF/Kingston and St Martins libraries and finding zilch, I contacted a fencing club in New Malden. The lovely people at the fencing club invited me to attend a session, and allowed me to photograph them in action and I got to do some live illustrations too. What do you think?

New years resolutions?

Happy new year!

But has anyone got any good new years resolutions?

between us we have the usual, eat more healthy and actually do some exercise! boring... and they wont last for long!
